Between surprising textures, subtly measured spices and unexpected combinations, each dish tells a story, that of mastered know-how and a passion for gastronomy.
01. Facility
Mixing authenticity and mastery is our trademark. This is why we install a lighting setup specifically for the kitchen area, to preserve the authenticity of the chefs in action while maintaining control of the lighting. Then we install a mobile studio for the final presentation of the dishes, we work the lights and supports according to the seasons for a rendering in accordance with the dishes.
02. Production
With a stabilizer setup for smooth and controlled shots, a hand-held camera and a battery of 5 different lenses, we mix dynamic and cinematic shots to vary the rhythm of our productions.
03. Post-production
