Since 2021, our team has been collaborating with Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse at the restaurant Le Louis XV – Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. We immortalize each four-handed dinner organized as part of the Michelin-starred festival, capturing the unique essence of these gastronomic encounters.
Each creation is designed to illustrate the excellence and innovation that define Le Louis XV. Through our images, we tell the story of this refined cuisine, highlighting every detail, every gesture and every emotion that make it so rich.
01. Facility
Our video setups are designed to be as flexible as possible while maintaining optimal quality. A mobile device in the kitchen allows the action to be filmed in real time, while a studio with controlled lighting is set up next to the kitchens, which ensures optimal fidelity to the dishes prepared by the chefs.
02. Production
Step 1: Shooting the chefs in action to introduce them
Second step: capture the kitchens in action to convey the essence of the place and the perfect mastery of the teams
Third step: preparing the dishes in the studio for a perfectly mastered finish
03. Post-production
Each 30-second video montage showcases a friendly competition between the two star chefs while highlighting their complicity. Alain Ducasse and the guest chef together create an exclusive menu for the event, offering a unique culinary experience.
