Our team of audiovisual experts have been working with Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo since 2021. We accompany him on all the four-handed dinners linked to the Michelin-starred festival, capturing the essence of each culinary event.
Each service is designed to reflect the excellence and innovation that have made the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo famous. Our mission is to tell the story of this so-called "canaille" gastronomy in pictures, highlighting every detail, every gesture and every moment of emotion.

01. Facility

Our video setups are designed to capture every moment with precision. A mobile kitchen setup allows you to immortalize the action in real time, while a mobile studio guarantees optimal lighting to enhance the chefs and the presentation of the dishes. Thanks to our expertise in audiovisual production, we enhance the culinary world with dynamic and high-quality images.

03. Post-production

The video montage of each dinner lasts 30 seconds. The goal is to create a healthy rivalry between the two starred chefs while highlighting their complicity. Yannick Alléno and Richard Lee share a menu specially designed for the event, offering a unique gastronomic experience.

As videographers specializing in culinary audiovisual production, we capture every step of the event: from the meeting of the chefs to the brigade briefings, to the plating of the dishes.
