We regularly photograph dishes from the menu of the gourmet restaurant Le Grill - Hôtel de Paris, whether as part of the Monte-Carlo Star Festival or as part of content creation campaigns for the Hôtel de Paris.
These culinary shoots aim to showcase the work of Michelin-starred chef Dominique Lory at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. These high-flying projects take place in the iconic setting of Monaco.
01. Pre-Production
Pre-production for a culinary shoot requires rigorous planning. A precise brief from the restaurant's teams marks the start. This is followed by a technical breakdown, incorporating lighting, compositions, and decor, which are chosen to showcase each dish. Precise coordination, taking into account the constraints of the kitchen, is essential.
02. Production
All set. Here, precision and speed are key. Each dish is prepared at the last minute to ensure freshness and texture. Our photographer adjusts the lighting setup and refines his camera angles. The shots follow one another in an order agreed upon with the teams. Everything is done to protect and convey the chef's vision.
03. Post-production
Post-production for a culinary shoot involves selecting and retouching the best images. Our photographer adjusts the lighting, colors, and contrasts to faithfully capture the textures and aesthetics of the dishes. Each image is optimized for its intended use: digital communication, press, or marketing materials, while respecting the visual identity of the chef and the establishment.
